1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website gohighleveldesigns.com (the "Site"), operated by Go High Level Designs ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Our Services

Go High Level Designs provides website design, sales funnels, marketing automation, PPC advertising management, and related digital services for small businesses. Information on the Site describes our services generally; the specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any engagement will be set out in a separate proposal, agreement, or order between you and us. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed services agreement, the services agreement controls for that engagement.

3. Quotes, Audits & Consultations

Free quotes, audits, and consultations are provided for informational purposes only and do not create a client relationship or any obligation for either party to proceed. Any estimates, projections, or example results shown on the Site (including statistics from past engagements) are illustrative and not a guarantee of future performance. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

4. Payments & Fees

Fees for services are described in your proposal or agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing: recurring fees (such as weekly PPC management fees or monthly subscriptions) are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing period has begun; third-party costs (such as ad spend paid to Google, domain registration, or software subscriptions) are your responsibility and are separate from our fees; and late or failed payments may result in suspension of services.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any content, credentials, or access reasonably needed to perform the services. You represent that any materials you provide to us (logos, photos, text, and other content) are owned by you or properly licensed, and you grant us permission to use them to perform the services.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by Go High Level Designs or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our prior written permission. Ownership of work product created for clients is addressed in the applicable services agreement; unless otherwise agreed in writing, completed and fully paid-for client deliverables belong to the client, while we retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing.

7. Communications & SMS

By submitting your contact information through the Site, you consent to being contacted by phone, email, or text message about your inquiry. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link, and opt out of text messages by replying STOP. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

8. Third-Party Services & Links

Our services rely on third-party platforms (such as Go High Level, Google Ads, and hosting providers), and the Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the availability, content, policies, or practices of third-party platforms or websites, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that results obtained from our services will meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go High Level Designs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data — arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Site or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us for services in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100) if you have not paid us any fees.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Go High Level Designs and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or from materials you provide to us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
